There is more than one place called San Miguel:

- San Miguel (Ecuador) - A town in Ecuador.
- San Miguel (El Salvador) - A large city in El Salvador.
- San Miguel (Guatemala) - A small village on Lago Peten Itza in Guatemala.
- San Miguel de Allende
- San Miguel (Quintana Roo) - the principal city on the island of Cozumel off Mexico's Yucatán Peninsula.
- San Miguel (Paraguay) - a district in Paraguay.
The Philippines has about a dozen towns and islands named San Miguel; see Wikipedia for a list. None of these are large, and none have Wikivoyage articles as of mid-2020.
The country's largest brewery is named San Miguel and their beer is ubiquitous.
